Meeting Your Exacting Standards
• Establishing customer needs to deliver the "Right driver for the Right job".
• Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for non-HGV drivers and 23 for HGV drivers, for insurance purposes
• We require a three-year history of prior employment & audit this through referencing
• Drivers must complete & pass tachograph and hours regulatory tests, and supplementary tests on Multidrop and Class 1 working
• Drivers are required to carry their licence with them at all times & we carry out a quarterly licence check
• We have a dress code: collar and tie or polo shirt, working trousers (NO jeans) and safety footwear
• In addition to ensuring that drivers meet your expectations on appearance, attitude and knowledge prior to submitting them as suitable candidates, our unique driver-testing programme enables our customers to be actively involved in driver selection, testing and training.
• We also offer ‘A day in the life of’ service. This involves one of our consultants, senior consultants or directors doing a shift with one of your own drivers so as to better understand your business and in turn supply you with a more suited candidate.
